Bespoke Pieces
Pip offers fully bespoke commissions, giving you the freedom to choose exactly what you would like — whether a distinctive piece of furniture, an intricate wood-and-resin board game or something entirely individual. Each commission begins with a conversation, shaping the idea, materials and proportions to suit you, to create an entirely unique piece of craftsmanship.
Delivery and Returns
Delivery:
Shop orders: Each piece is made to order in Pip’s studio. Please allow up to 5 working days for production, followed by 3–4 working days for UK delivery.
Bespoke commissions: Pip will let you know how long the commission will take to create and when you can expect to receive your bespoke piece.

Returns:
If your item arrives faulty, please contact Pip as soon as possible so he can resolve the issue promptly and arrange a return. Unfortunately, returns are not possible solely for aesthetic reasons.
